Electronic Safe
All villas are fitted with a personal electronic safe, located in the wardrobe of the master bedroom. We advise you to use the same to store your valuables.

Lost Property and Belongings
The management will not be responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings left by the guest in his/her residence. Lost property will be recorded and stored for a set period only. Please contact guest service for any enquiries regarding lost items.
Maintenance and Repairs
Any damage in the villa, its outbuildings, furnishings, fixtures or fittings, will require the guest to bear the entire cost of the repairs and refurbishment as per the inventory list, that is to be fully paid before checking out (please do request your inventory list from the housekeeping team members).
Newspapers
Stay up-to-date on current affairs and sports with our selection of newspapers, available at our guest lounge on the ground floor. We have Al riyadiyah, Al Iqtisadiyah, Sharq al Awssat and Arab news.

Parking
The guest car parking located at the entrance of each villa or besides it. It depends on the location of the villas reserved.
Praying Information
Holy Quran and prayer mat is located in the master bedroom. The Qubla direction is placed on the ceiling where the guest can pray.

Terms of Access to the Residence
The maximum number of guests allowed in a villa depends on the type of villa reserved. Management reserves the right to refuse entry of extra guests and restrict the carriage of prohibited goods to the residence. To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, parties and gatherings are not allowed in the residence.
Smoking is not permitted in the non-smoking villas.
Rules & Regulations
1. Tenants shall not use or permit the residence to be used other than as a private residence for the use of the tenant and family.
2. Tenants shall not install any wireless, television aerial, signages or other prominent articles inside or outside of the residence unless approved by the management
3. Tenants should not carry out any work that would damage or deface any floors, ceilings, wall partitions, or any part of the residence.
4. Smoking is not allowed in the non-smoking apartment; any violation will result in extra charges for cleaning.
5. Children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian when using our facilities.
6. All doors and other access to the residence must always be securely locked.
7. Animals and pets are not permitted in the residence.
8. Tenants and visitors must always be properly dressed when using the common areas of the property.
9. Tenants shall observe and comply with all resonations, rules and regulations which may, from time to time, be made, or vary, or added to by the management.
